For many years, it has been a goal of the Olde Franklin Towne Board to create a welcoming community space where families, children, and neighbors can gather, connect, and enjoy the outdoors. We are now taking the first steps toward making that vision a reality.

OUR FUNDRAISING GOALS FOR PHASE ONE:

TIER 1: $24,500
With around $25,000 the HOA would be able to professionally install a commercial grade play structure surrounded by a border and complete with black rubber mulch. This installation would not only be aesthetically pleasing, it will help with landscaping and provide cushioning for little feet. We have chosen rubber mulch as it tends to stick to itself, which reduces the need for yearly replacement.

TIER 2: $18,000
With around $18,000 the HOA would be able to professionally install the same commercial grade play structure on the grass, with no surrounding border or mulch.

ADDITIONAL FUNDS
Any additional funds would be used to purchase high-quality picnic tables and/or benches to be placed close to the structure for families and neighbors to enjoy.

OUR FUNDRAISING GOALS FOR PHASE TWO:

NEW WALKING PATH
Phase two of our Community Corner will focus on a new walking path into the common area, and also, if possible, connecting the two paths to create a continuous safe walking path for neighbors to enjoy.

OUR FUNDRAISING GOALS FOR PHASE THREE:

SHADE / GAZEEBO
Phase three of our Community Corner could include a shade structure or gazebo for additional picnic tables to keep neighbors cool and out of the sun.
