Dues Information and Collection
For 2026, $400 in dues must be paid by January 1, 2026
LATE FEES WILL BE ASSESSED ON MARCH 15th, 2026
Fees will not be waved after that date.
Our preferred collection method of dues is ZELLE
which is available through your bank.
You can send ZELLE payments to the Treasurer's email address: treasurer(at)oldefranklintowne.org

What do my Dues Cover?
Dues are collected from each household to cover expenses for the following services*:

Accounting Fees

Entrance lighting and power to the water wheel

Emergency funds (removal of downed trees etc.)

Insurance
-
Legal Fees
-
Landscaping fees to cover maintenance of grounds, common areas, and entrances

Office expenses
-
Snow removal
-
Social events
-
Water usage for sprinklers at each of the entrances

Website and communications
*This is not an exhaustive list. Funds are used in accordance to our bylaws and are used to beautify and maintain all aspects of Olde Franklin Towne.
