Dues Information and Collection
For 2025, $325 in dues must be paid by January 1, 2025
LATE FEES WILL BE ASSESSED ON FEBRUARY 15th, 2025
Fees will not be waved after that date.
Our preferred collection method of dues is ZELLE
which is available through your bank.
You can send ZELLE payments to the Treasurer's email address: treasurer(at)oldefranklintowne.org
We also accept checks made payable to:

Please note: Due to processing fees, PayPal is only for those who owe exactly $325.00 in HOA dues. If your balance is less or more, please use Zelle or send a check to pay the exact amount owed.
